Agreement
By accessing or using Searoutesnav services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Clients may also be required to sign a formal agreement before using our SaaS platform.
Service Description
- Searoutesnav provides API-based services, available in SaaS mode (hosting, maintenance, support).
- We aim to keep our APIs available at least 99.9% of the time.
- Support priority and response times depend on the severity of your issue. Tickets should be submitted to support@searoutesnav.com.
- Standard support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM CET.

License & Limitations
- Upon registration and payment, clients are granted a license to use the API for their own business needs. This license may extend to subsidiaries or affiliates.
- Clients may not resell, sublicense, or share API data with competitors of Searoutesnav.
- Sharing is only allowed with organizations with a valid commercial relationship to the client.
Termination
Agreements renew automatically each year unless terminated with at least 120 days’ notice. After termination, clients may only use API data for the originally disclosed purpose (e.g. supply chain optimization, emissions reporting).
Fees
Payment terms and amounts are defined in the client agreement. Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Late payments may accrue interest. All fees are billed in Euros. Pricing may be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

Warranties & Liability
Searoutesnav makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of its data. Liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid under the agreement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Agreement Changes
Any changes to these terms must be made in writing. At any time, a client may request to upgrade their service bundle, subject to pro-rata fees. All other terms remain in effect.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement is governed by French law and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France. Searoutesnav may also take legal action in the client’s home jurisdiction.
Clients authorize Searoutesnav to use their name or logo in promotional materials (e.g. website, brochures, press releases).
